Position: Head- L&D   Qualification : MBA (Tier 1 institutes only)  Location: Mumbai  Note: This role is for women professionals only  Qualification & Experience :  - Masters in Business Administration Batches 2005-2007  - Minimum of 4-5 years of work experience preferably in areas like Change Management, Engagement, Organization Effectiveness etc preferably from FMCG sector.  Key Deliverables of the Role  - Strengthen company's learning eco-system to support the organization's capability building agenda  - Drive the member capability building agenda through key member development across company to meet the organization's future capability requirements  - Institutionalize company's learning management system  - Drive learning effectiveness metrics  Skills, Competencies, and Attributes :  - Proven expertise in designing development interventions including training programs, post-training interventions, and action learning projects. candidate trained on instructional design preferred   - Experience in implementing and institutionalizing a learning management system - familiarity with SAP success factors is an added advantage  - Experience in designing assessment, development centers and familiarity with different assessment tools. certification on assessment tools is an added advantage  - Excellent communication and presentation skills  - Ability to network and influence others  - Planning, organizing, and Bias for action  - Analytical and in sighting skills  - Excellence  - Adaptability and ability to deal with change  - Initiative  - Passion for working in the learning & development space  - Learning agility
