The Role
- The role involves financial, Operational, People Management, Product and Process Improvement.
- Develop, maintain and execute short- and long-term Learning & Development strategies through partnership with Business Heads
- Grant approval on the annual budget for the Learning & Development department.
- Manage content design and curricula development by promoting collaboration, partnerships, and relationships among the participants and business heads
- Offer thought leadership regarding organization and people related strategies and executions
- Partner with senior members of various internal departments to ensure that L&D department understands the strategic vision of key stakeholders
Candidate Requirements
- Master's degree in Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources or relevant field
- Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) certification is a plus
- 10 years of experience in Human Resource Department preferably in Learning and Development Function
