- As L&D leader you will work very closely with senior stakeholders and business heads to drive organisation agenda for learning and development
- Reporting to Head of HR you will be leading a team to develop and deliver a learning and development plan aligned with the business strategy
- 17+ years of experience in Learning & Development, certified from a third party
- Solid experience being a subject matter expert having handled teams
- Considerable experience in multiple stakeholder management with reputed organisations
- Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills
