Head - Learning & Development - Education Group

We are executing a Retained Search for a premium Education Group with various K-12 Schools Pan India and couple of other Education ventures under their belt including Higher Education.

Position - Head L&D

Location - Bangalore

Responsibilities :

- Head of Centre of Excellence who will lead the entire L&D for approx. 10k employees

- Key responsibility would be to set up training at scale - manage large team of trainers, establish processes, create training content etc.

Requirements :

- 10+ years of experience in L&D with prior experience in leading L&D teams for large companies (at least 5K employees)

- Have prior experience in setting up L&D systems & creating training content
