Position : Head, L&D
- Conceptualize Innovative and flexible methods to address the developmental and capacity building.
- Identifying the need, design and delivery of in-house training sessions.
- Mentoring and other methods appropriate Train 100 percent of the resources for RFR Training.
- Ready For Role training.
- Execute periodic refresher training based on performance competency gaps.
- Monitor and report training effectiveness.
- Making continuous improvements in the approach and process.
- Effective implementation of learning platform and digital learning solutions
- Manage training vendors and derive performance as per SLA Conduct Training Need
- Analysis to ensure relevance Plan and execute training roll across the organization.
Education Qualification :
Masters degree in Organizational Design or MBA with specialization in HR or other relevant degree
Preferred Industry - Insurance, E commerce, banking or omnichannel retail background.
