We have been mandated for a large cement conglomerate for the below mentioned role.

Job Description:

- Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps within the organization.

- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning and development programs aligned with organizational objectives.

- Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and job aids.

- Deliver training sessions using various methods such as classroom instruction, virtual training, webinars, and workshops.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content.
