Education: MBA from best of business schools
Managed Talent through - succession planning at various leadership levels and Assessment / Development centers.Identification of hi potential leaders and pro-active planning to groom and develop them
Defining budgets/ financial parameters within which leaing programs must be executed.Mapping competencies with organizational requirements.Replicating best practices across sites.Facilitating Change for the entire organization as a strategic move.
Initiated need analysis, designed workshop content; and conducted post workshop interventions as a measure of effectiveness.Supported Recruitment by certifying and implementing a competency based interviewing approach within the organization.
