1. The incumbent should be a Sales training head or senior role in NBFC or BFSI.

2. The incumbent should have ideally moved from a sales career to training in sales.

3. The incumbent should be a hand-on person ready to start from scratch; do T&A, Create content and roll out programs independently.

4. The role requires travelling and preferably some one who speaks one or more South Indian languages.
