- 13+ years of HR experience with focus on Talent management, succession planing, leadership development & training
- Should have developed models - talent development models and have executed them in large MNCs
- Manages the regional input to Succession Plans working with the Development and wider HR community to complete and validate plans
- Contributes and adheres to a calendar/plan of annual/biannual Talent cycle activities (e.g. key role identification; Talent calibration and succession planning)
- Implement regionally group-wide frameworks, tools and supporting materials to drive consistency in the execution of Talent activities
- Communicates, educates and supports the execution of group-wide Talent policies and processes
- Oversees the regional execution of the Talent calendar/plan, working to ensure consistent delivery across Global Business/Functions and countries
- Works with the Performance and Reward (P&R) team to drive strong integration of the Talent and P&R propositions
- Works with the regional Development leadership team to drive strong integration of Talent activity and other group-wide, and regional, Development and HR solutions (e.g. Resourcing and Succession Planning)
- Supports Head of Talent Operations in providing relevant data for the COO Function to define standard and ad hoc operational and management Talent reporting
- Provides regular and ad hoc Talent MI and reporting to the Head of Talent Operations, local Heads of HR, and other committees as required
- Supports committee requirements
- Implements globally-led Talent infrastructure and upgrades
