Responsible for creating the employee capability and Talent management roadmap for the organization focusing on creating system & processes. Also, responsible for driving the PMS, OD and employee engagement initiatives. Learning & Development & OD - Partner with CHRO to create the integrated talent management & learning & OD framework for the organisation. - Ensure successful implementation of the models across organisation through Classroom & Online modes. - Implement a robust governance model to track and share progress - Create a critical talent development journey and track for success - through online & offline/classroom mode. - Drive the succession planning agenda across the group - Create a platform for ongoing employee conversations with supervisors around aspirations, careers and engagement Management Development - Assess organization to determine leadership strengths and gaps. - Partner with Human Resources Leadership Team (HRLT) and Business / Functional leaders to build a comprehensive leadership development strategy and operational plan that enables creation of a high-performance organization. - Develop an integrated leadership development curriculum addressing desired leadership capability across levels. - Execute the leadership development strategy through a blend of formal classroom learning, online, coaching/mentoring, on-the-job development and other innovative practices. Recognition framework - Design the employee recognition framework. - Leverage technology solution to drive implementation - Assess means to enhance utilization and communicate the same across the company - Partner to design and execute the annual day even with an annual recognition platform - Collaborate with HR Business partners and key business leaders to ensure success of the initiative Key Measures of Performance (Describe the major performance assessing criteria and expectations from the role) - Training man days & coverage - Budget management - Training feedback - Business impact - Succession planning - Employee feedback - Internal communication calendar and adherence - Employee branding - Recognition framework sign off and utilization
