Job Responsibilities: Section 1 - Develop a Career Development Program for the Company - Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers - Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses need and expectations - Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions - Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them - Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities - Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary o Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs - Leverage multi-channel technology solutions to deliver training and communication to the organization - Identify the best method for delivery of training programs - in person, train the trainer, videos, online, in-app solutions etc. - Work with technology team to develop and deliver best in class technical solution that meets the needs - Team Management and Collaboration - Manage head office and field office resources to deliver the goals of the department - Collaborate with various department heads and employees in developing unique and effective training solutions specific to the different departments o Build and Maintain relationships with vendors and consultants for specialized outsourced programs - Deliver team performance within budget
