POSITION SUMMARY - This position is a combination profile of driving learning portfolio in both digital (60%) and physical learning formats (40%). - In the digital space, the incumbent will be responsible for leading the digital learning ecosystem- strategy, design and architecting, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of all formats of online /digital course content delivered through the LMS. - This would include eLearning modules, animations, videos, Job aids, info graphics and any other learning support material. In the physical learning format, the incumbent needs to be a strong learning professional who can consult, facilitate, design & support diverse learning interventions. Digital Learning Responsibilities: Lead the design, development and implementation of Digital learning which includes developing new online courses and working with cross-disciplinary teams. - Create and drive the E-learning & LMS framework in consultation with the stakeholders and L&D Head at org level, supporting employees. - Create Digital Learning Pathways/ e-learning modules and story boards for diverse learning topics through both Micro Learning and Macro learning formats in consultation with the content writers and Business. - Strategize and drive communication campaign for digital learning to create On the Go learning culture - Successfully lead E-learning operations on Success factors. ? Innovate and design the current e-learning environment and develop a robust digital vendor ecosystem. - Custodian/ Head of LMS, who can establish standards (platforms, technologies), identify new functionalities, interface the IT team with project design, implementations and deployment; Develop and implement innovative ways of bringing learning to global audience. Non-Digital Learning Responsibilities: - Act as a learning consultant with the business to identify learning needs, and devise strategy / solution that best fits the requirements. - Work with the business, globally in creation and execution of the learning interventions both short term and long term. - Lead diagnostics, in sighting and need gathering to identify and define development needs for individuals/ teams/ functions for today, and, what may be required by businesses over the next 3-5 years - Designing high impact training workshops and other allied solutions. - To identify appropriate delivery partners and create working relationships with them to deliver the solutions. - Act as a reliable and dependable learning consultant for select geographies and businesses. - External Interfaces Internal Interfaces (Other than Direct Reports)Consultants, Vendors Business Heads, HR Leadership, HR Teams, IT, Finance, Procurement, HR COEs. Education : - Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent from Tier-I B School Experience - 10+ years of post-qualification experience, with understanding of leadership development in large and diversified businesses - 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development will be preferred. Knowledge and Skills (Functional / Technical) : - Exposure to having Managed/led a Learning Management System like Success Factors - Familiar with Data Visualization and analysis tools like Tableau, Advanced Excel. Leadership / Managerial Attributes - Genuine interest in Learning and Instructional Design and use of technology to simplify work Excellent facilitation skills and interpersonal/ communication skills (verbal and written). - Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and exercise independent judgement regarding operational decisions, processes or systems. - Ability to understand and navigate the organization, people and systems, identify and mitigate risks, raise flags and devise strategy/ solutions - The person should possess knowledge through direct experience of learning concepts, training and development methods and techniques, in particular adult learning processes, instructional design techniques and evaluation/ development methodologies.
