Head - Learning & Development - BFS

The role is extremely strategic in terms of leading, influencing, and administrating talent enrichment programs that can transcend and transform the current Business context for our client and its customers.

- To bring in a market led view, which will need you to interact with industry and technology leaders, to understand and creatively deliver the qualitative content and context into the Talent transformation programs.

- To strengthen the University and its Business Impact, the Head of Talent Development and Capability Building (Technical) will be a critical role to realize the vision of the University. 

- This Talent transformation role is future facing and will require the incumbent to understand the long term vision of the organization, the market, business, and competitors to ideate, design and deploy Talent Development programs to make the right talent available for the right opportunities at the right time.

- This strategic role provides a plethora of opportunities to explore new age technologies, domains, excellence centers and work closely with various lines of business and technologies to drive the needs of the talent for business.

- The role holder will have an excellent opportunity to become a Next-Gen Digital Leader through deep understanding of Business, Talent needs, and cross-skilling himself / herself through immense learning and growth opportunities.
