- Develop and lead the overall Learning & Development strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.

- Design and implement innovative learning solutions tailored to the needs of employees in the B2C industry.

- Establish and manage the Center of Excellence (COE) for Learning & Development, ensuring best practices, standards, and processes are in place.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop training programs to address skill gaps.

- Oversee the design, development, and delivery of training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs through feedback, assessments, and metrics analysis, and make continuous improvements based on findings.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in L&D to ensure the organization remains competitive.

- Lead and mentor a team of L&D professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred, years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with a focus on the B2C sector.

- Proven experience in conceptualizing and implementing L&D frameworks and establishing COEs.

- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training delivery techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively leading teams and driving results.

- Ability to think strategically and translate vision into actionable plans and initiatives.

- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, and other relevant technologies.

- Certifications in instructional design, training facilitation, or related areas are a plus.
