Responsibilities -&nbsp; The job responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to - This person will be responsible for setting up L&amp;D practice - Should have designed and delivered behavioural/leadership training programs. - To develop / coordinate the development of content for delivery during training programs as well as facilitating Business leaders. - Deliver as per the learning agenda for leadership skills. - Understanding learning needs and devising and fulfilling the developmental plans. - Coaching and mentoring Colleagues to embed leadership capabilities. - Device assessment tools for focused programmes for individuals. - Maintain relationships with vendors for out-sourced training programmes. - Plan functional training budgets, forecast cost and delegate numbers as required by organizational planning and budgeting systems - Organize training venues, logistics, transport, accommodation as required, to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery. - Plan &amp; Facilitate supervisor development program to support the supervisors to enhance the leadership skills - Deploy survey to gather feedback. Requirements - 5 to 10 years- of relevant experience. - Excellent communication skills - Should be flexible working in e commerce start up environment and set up the training function. - Experience with social learning, emotional intelligence and other front line manage training programs - Proven track record of significant improvements in learning processes, productivity, quality, and efficiency improvement while reducing costs &amp; maintaining a positive work environment
