One of our client , a pioneer in Agri business is on the look out for Head COE Learning and development to be based in their corporate office at Coimbatore .

Designation : Corporate Lead - Learning & Development (SM1)

Experience-: 14-16 years, majority as HR Generalist (HRBP) with at least 4-5 years in L&D/Training

A Masters in HR with experience and expertise in

- Conceptualizing L&D for all functions & roles

- Lead the Training Need Analysis activities from PMS & through surveys

- Execution of periodic training programs

- Build vendor base of digital & in-person training partners

- Having a mix of experience as Corporate Lead

- L&D and as HRBP, with L & D as the core expertise.
