Head (Learning & Development) - Leading MNC
- Two years full time MBA HR with 10 – 13 years of experience in L&D or generalist HR with minimum 3-4 yrs in L&D preferably in a large / geographically spread organization, with around 3 years experience in leadership role in L&D is desirable.
- Exposure to Design, Development, Delivery of Training program
- Excellent Training Skills
- Understanding of various / latest global trends / practices in the area of learning & development
- Indepth understanding & delivery of evaluation and ensuring ROI of Training
- Ability to engage / manage senior business leaders and deliver solutions for enhancing business effectiveness
- High on energy , creativity , passion for excellence, Drive & Ambition, customer orientation, Team building.
Current profile should be from Learning and Development Background from any industry
Work Location : Pune
CTC : 10 Lkhs to 14 Lkhs
