Description
- Excellent opportunity to be a part of the senior leadership team for a global Financial services firm
- No. 1 role with opportunity to strategize and built the Learning Academy from scratch along with handling Organization development
- Leading the L&OD (Learning Academy) process for the organization with a focus on consistent implementation and capability building plans through academic affiliations with Tier 1 B schools
- Supporting the development of high potential employees at senior and mid-career levels, ensuring a robust learning framework in place for employees at all levels
- Driving the culture building exercise and play a critical role in strategizing Learning & Development interventions to strengthen the people capability
- Ensure functional capability framework is implemented and proper tracking is done to map ROI for the functions
- Collaborate with the leadership team on the formulation of key strategies by anticipating L&D and Org development
- Strong leadership management skills, i.e., comfortable with leading teams under uncertainty, ambiguity and constant change, yet able to set priorities and deliver to commitments
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills : able to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence
- MBA (HR) full time is an added advantage
- Lead the Learning academy and get an opportunity to build it from the scratch
