Recognised as a leader globally, our client is now looking to grow exponentially in India and hence would like to hire for a Head - Learning Academy & OD in a Pan India role based in Gurgaon

Description:

Reporting into the CHRO and managing an employee strength of 1500+ people, your responsibilities will include:

- Strategizing and Leading all people development interventions for the organization by building a Learning Academy which will include programs in coaching, individual development planning, leadership development, career pathing, design and deliver trainings around regulatory, behavioural and technical, induction, virtual based trainings, succession planning etc.

- Leading the L&OD (Learning Academy) process for the organization with a focus on consistent implementation and capability building plans through academic affiliations with Tier 1 B schools


- Supporting the development of high potential employees at senior and mid-career levels, ensuring a robust learning framework in place for employees at all levels


- Driving the culture building exercise and play a critical role in strategizing Learning & Development interventions to strengthen the people capability


- Ensure functional capability framework is implemented and proper tracking is done to map ROI for the functions


- Collaborate with the leadership team on the formulation of key strategies by anticipating L&D and Org development


Profile

- In depth 12 - 18 years of experience into building and managing a Learning Academy and Organization development practices

- Certifications in OD and direct experience of handling a Learning Academy is mandatory


- Strong leadership management skills, i.e., comfortable with leading teams under uncertainty, ambiguity and constant change, yet able to set priorities and deliver to commitments


- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills : able to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence


- Excellent stakeholder management


- MBA (HR) full time is an added advantage
