Responsibilities:  - Mapping and Managing the entire process flow from receiving to dispatch & warehousing by establishing stocking & productivity targets across the entire manufacturing process stream to ensure Lean Flow based Manufacturing  - Based on the above, set Weekly/ Monthly Targets for Operational teams to plan & achieve  - Continuously seek to improve underlying Processes by working with respective Teams for improving Output & Operational Efficiency Parameters  - Monitor Performance - course correct, analyse causes and action Process improvements with MR and Operational Teams  - Senior Management role reporting to Managing Director and horizontal interfaces with operational managers  Key Result areas include:  - Establishing Lean, Flow-based Manufacturing with minimal inventories & losses, maximum efficiency and delivery performance  - Continuous Improvement of underlying processes  - Driving organization-wide culture of just-in-time, minimal losses  Preferred candidates:  Experience:   - Min 10 years experience in practical implementation of Just-in-Time, Lean/ Flow Manufacturing, Toyota Production Systems.   - Must have strong conceptual understanding of fundamentals of JIT/TPS.  - Combination of Industrial Engineering and Shopfloor experience would be advantageous. Candidates trained in Japan/ who have worked with Japanese experts would be preferred.   - Being a transformational role, hands-on experience in implementing shopfloor change initiatives is also sought. Relocation to Coimbatore & ability to verbally communicate in Tamil are essential.
