- P&L head across industry verticals for leadership roles

- Lead a successful team of vertical heads and team leads

- Manage and co-ordinate with global and large Indian customers for their sr. management and leadership mandates

- Accountable for the P&L and revenue targets for the company as well as various divisions

- Master delivery of the internal recruitment process and ensure the same from the alocated team

- Create SOPs and ensure delivery by the team

- Prior experience in managing a team and succefully delivering leadership roles across industries is a must

- The individual must have a minimum of 8 years experience within the permanent hiring industry and a minimum of 3 years within the leadership hiring space

- CXO level stakeholder experience is a must

- The individual must be high on integrity and accountability

- Excellent communication and presentation skills is a must
