Talent Acquisition Lead / HR / TA / TA Head
Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs across departments.
- Coordinate and manage campus placement activities, including identifying target campuses, scheduling events, and engaging with students.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and create comprehensive job descriptions.
- Utilize various recruitment channels to attract top-tier talent, including social media, job boards, and talent recruitment agencies.
- Liaise with talent recruitment agencies to source, shortlist, and select candidates that align with the organization's culture and values.
- Conduct compensation planning and benchmarking to ensure competitive and attractive compensation packages.
- Assist in structuring the organization to optimize talent acquisition processes and support growth objectives.
- Lead candidate outreach efforts, including networking, cold calling, and leveraging professional connections.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and other stages of the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to onboard new hires effectively and facilitate their integration into the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and Master's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a lead role.
- Proven experience in talent planning and hiring across diverse departments.
- Strong understanding of compensation planning and benchmarking methodologies.
- Experience in drafting comprehensive job descriptions and conducting candidate reach-outs.
- Familiarity with organization structuring and its impact on talent acquisition processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and recruitment software/tools.
- Experience in consultancy.
