Head/Lead - SAP ERP & Business Application Delivery - Manufacturing Firm

Enable and execute the Enterprise Resource Planning System (SAP) and all non-ERP business applications of company to ensure efficient functioning of business operations (across levels, across functions, across locations).

1. Lead the implementation and management of the ERP to ensure smooth operations and enhanced business utility.

2. Be responsible for the development and delivery of the SAP applications & product architecture roadmap.

3. Ensure smooth running & strengthening of the SAP applications with additions / modifications for high level of customer satisfaction.

4. To leverage and implement best practice across business and to improve process efficiencies.

5. To maximizing SAP usage and create governance framework for implementing a high level of service (service management, applications management, incident management and change management).

6. Managing SLA through in-house / external partners.

7. Design, implement and manage Data Analytics architecture or business.

8. Manage relationships with stakeholders, including internal and external clients, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and issues in order to manage expectations on all operations or project requirements and deliverables.

9. Responsible for overall ERP operations and project delivery for organization having overall 15 modules/process systems (technical and functional) and total 325 SAP users across various locations of the company

10. Ensure all additions / modifications to all applications (ERP / non-ERP) are completed within budgeted cost to achieve high level of customer satisfaction with changes.

11. Appoint the right vendor, create the solution architecture roadmap and lead the team for the development and delivery of all new ERP / Non-ERP applications within budgeted cost to achieve high level of customer satisfaction

12. Design & implement governance frameworks in line with planned service levels to maximise application (ERP & non-ERP) usage & adoption and efficient management of change control

13. Collaborate with business functions to understand Business analytics requirements and create & drive closure of the project plan to the satisfaction of the function

14. Safety: Monitor and eliminate the unsafe acts and conditions for zero accidents and incidents.

15. Information Security: Maintain Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability of Company Information.
