Head/Lead - Information Technology - FinTech

The Fintech is building a team (Digital Hub Team) that will, in collaboration with an external Knowledge Partner, handle the designing and implementation of the platform, including infrastructure designing and sizing, integrations with systems, testing, maintenance, operations, documentation, etc. using industry standard project management practices, and invite you to be a part of the Team.

Key responsibilities:

1. Building and integrating information systems to meet the company's needs

2. Testing and integrating program software systems to address and solve specific business problems within an organisation

3. Assessing the systems architecture currently in place and working with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it

4. Designing modifying and testing technical architecture

5. Provide supervision and guidance to the development teams

6. Continually research the current and emerging technologies and propose changes where needed

7. Inform various stakeholders about any issues with the current technical solution being implemented

8. Assess the business impact that certain choices have

9. Provide updates to stakeholders on product development processes, cost and budgets

10. Resolving technical problems as they arise

Requirement Details:

1. At least 12 years' experience in software development. Experience in Digital Transformation, Resource Management, Client handling, business recruitment scoping, requirement analysis, design and development, code review and documentation.

2. Must have experience in various technologies and frameworks including Mobile applications, Web technologies well as backend technologies such as Objective C, Swift, Android, Java, Angular, Ionic, React Native, Springboot, Micro services, Microsoft Power Platforms

3. Work experience as a Solution architect of Financial applications (Loan, lending, Credit etc)

4. Previous project management experience

5. In depth understanding of coding languages

6. Sound knowledge of various operating systems and databases

7. Efficient communication skills

8. Strong organisation and leadership skills

9. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or computer science

10. Experience in working with a Fintech organisation will be a preference
