Note : The role requires working in US shifts (night) - The incumbent comes in with 10-15 years of experience in handling inside sales (Lead generation) for International Markets (US/ EU/ Australia) - Will be responsible for driving the Lead Generation efforts for the organization, and thus create a positive impact on the Sales. - Responsible for handling a team that does Cold calling and Lead conversion to the point of setting up an appointment with the concerned decision maker. Lead, guide and train the team and drive them to delivery. Desired profile: - A leader who leads from the front, and by example - An able communicator - Experience of having led and managed a Lead Generation team, preferably in the US Geography, with a Technology organization - Exceptional people management and relationship building skills. - An innovator, thinker, who's driven by results.
