We are looking for a Lead Generation and Marketing Leader to join us and build our lead gen/marketing function 0-1. As part of this, you will:

- Build the Lead-Gen plan for HireQuotient, focussing on expanding HireQuotient's presence globally in key geographies

- Set up the lead gen strategy for HireQuotient (Including SEO, SEM, ABM, Newsletters, and more!) and execute to build a regular and reliable lead stream for our sales teams

- Execute thought leadership strategy to position HireQuotient as a market leader in the pre-employment assessments space through Webinars, Podcasts, and more with prominent business leaders.

- Build and Lead a team of dynamic lead gen professionals and marketers

- Own, develop and execute the strategy for marketing and lead gen across coming quarters and years for HireQuotient.

- The ability to wear multiple hats at the same time. As we build 0-1, 1-10, 10-100, the role will keep evolving and will require the individual to wear the thinking, doer, and leader hats at the same time!

- Comfort with working in a scrappy team as we build the rocketship!
