- Talent Management

- Define Development Road Map for the Organization. Align Business Leaders to deliver the Talent Agenda and
Succession framework for the organization.

- Facilitate development of Leadership

- Facilitate knowledge sharing platforms

- Respnsible for Innovative Learning Methodologies

Desired Profile:

- MBA from Premier Institute (2003-2004 batch) with 8 - 10 years experience in L&D and Talent Management.
