Role and responsibilities: - Monitor, coordinate and communicate strategic objectives of getting various permissions/ approvals from DTCP, MRO, RDO, VRO and other various government organizations for high rise buildings, commercial office spaces, hotel, shopping malls, layouts, plots etc. - Proactively solve conflicts and address the issues that could occur between the company and the other entity. - Develop cordial relationships and liaison with various/other government authorities/ statutory bodies. - Well-versed and updated knowledge of land laws and title verification process and current necessary approvals required for Property and Building Development. Basic requirements include: 1. Good communication skills. 2. Minimum qualification - Any Graduate (MBA preferred) 3. Should have relevant experience in real-estate 4. Knowledge of Act &amp; Regulation under the various government department
