The key purpose of this position is to lead Company efforts in winning Large Strategic Outsourcing deals. A Large deal is described as any deal with a TCV of $15 M with a minimum ACV of $3M per year and which involves integrating multiple towers including Consulting, Applications, Infrastructure and Business Process.   Develop a Sales strategy in collaboration with the various Sales Heads and Vertical Heads to win large/Strategic deals in both existing and new customers  Develop relationships with TPAs like ISG, Alsbridge, Everest, Deloitte, KPMG etc in order to build a Large Deal pipeline  Develop Unsolicited Value propositions to existing customers which impact their revenue or profits but result in large integrated deals for Company  Assess Organization readiness for winning large deals and develop & execute a plan to get the Organization ready where the readiness is found wanting  Drive deal pursuits of Transformational and Strategic Outsourcing deals  Manage a team of Enterprise Architects, Pricing experts and Contracting experts  Work collaboratively with Horizontal Service units and support departments
