Head - Land & Property Acquisition - K-12 Schools

We are executing a leadership role of Head - Land & Property Acquisition with one of the leading Chain of K-12 Schools in India.

The KRA's would be:

- Experience from premium real-estate transaction advisory firms having hands on understanding of real-estate deals.

- Ensuring enough supply of suitable land and building for BTS, acquisition, Lease buy back, distress properties etc.

- Act as an supporting function to exponential k12 school growth.

- Desire Function Exposure- Build to suit transaction, land acquisition, Negotiation of legal and commercial terms with landlord.

The desirable would be:

- 10+ years exp. in high ticket size real estate transaction advisory.

- Proven real estate leadership, strong knowledge of development processes, and a Bachelor's/Master's in Real Estate or Business.

- Skillset - Broker or agent relationships, real estate developer relationships, land evaluation knowledge, commercial leasing, institutional leasing
