Head of Labs

We are looking for people who want to build scalable healthcare enterprises. Healthcare is a vertical that is still very underpenetrated & ripe for disruption. We are looking for Entrepreneurs who can do that disruption alongside us.

The Role for Head of Labs is to build a Lab vertical. It includes responsibility of all functional roles within this vertical. This role will report into Founders.

Role Responsibilities

1. End to end P&L responsibility for Labs including both demand and supply.

2. Ramping up the operations (Phlebo team, growth, collection centers) etc. across multiple cities. 3. Managing central and regional Lab to process samples on real time.

4. Building a high performing team to ensure operational scale-up at a rapid pace.

5. Regular tracking of performance against key metrics and real time issue resolution / de-bottle necking, as needed.

Requirements

1. Education from Premium College (IIM, IIT) with strong work-ex post education.

2. Experience with good management consulting firm (BCG / McKinsey / Bain &Co.) is preferred.

3. Experience of 5+ years in leading a category / business unit.

4. Strong People management skills
