Please find below the requirement details and send us your resume in word document asap.  Job Title: Head Laboratory Business  Location: Hyderabad 		 Purpose of Position:  - Responsible for P&L of (Laboratory Division)  - The job incumbent is responsible for the operational organisation in his area and for setting up, delegating, supervising and when necessary adjusting the operational activities on tactical and operational level and the feedback to the management team and other departments.   - The position performs in line with the Companies Quality Assurance System, including the Companies Code of Ethics and the Companies Group policy  Major Responsibilities:  - Achieve Revenue & Operating Profit/Budgets.   - Business Development, Marketing and Sales - Developing new clients, new businesses in line with objectives of the Business Unit. Preparation and submission of quotations, contracts and contract review.  - To develop test procedures based on relevant national / international standards.  - To assist quality manager in developing general procedures for functioning of the laboratory.  - To supervise the work, carried out by the chemists and to review the analysis reports, submitted by chemists.  - To ensure client confidentiality is maintained, by adopting coding system of samples at the time of sample registration, in the laboratory / office.  - To review inventory of lab consumables and to prepare / forward purchase requisitions to the concerned office manager.  - To involve in testing activity as and when required.  - To develop laboratory business by identifying new markets and clients.  - To manage Licence to Operate (LTO) of the lab.   Criteria for Performance Evaluation (KPIs):  - Sales, revenue & other financials as per business plan.  - Client relationship - Retention and Growth.  - Cost control  - Account receivables and manage cash flow.   - Compliance of internal and external guidelines, policies, procedures.  - Internal and external customer service satisfaction (e.g. number of complaints)  - Development and management of human resources  - Control of Licence to Operate (LTO).  Qualification and Experience:  - M.Sc. Chemistry / PhD (Chemistry) with min.15 yrs of industry experience.  - P&L responsibility is required.   - Management degree will be an added advantage but not mandatory.  - Knowledge of QA/QC/QMS is required (ISO 17025, ISO 17043, EIC, BIS &Apeda)  Skills& Qualities:  - Should be a Go to Market attitude personnel with ability to connect people, client contacts at higher level & should be able to convert contacts into business.  - Outstanding laboratory analytical skill (as a leader should be able to get the required work done from the laboratory)  - Excellent interpersonal skills  - Should have good leadership abilities and skills.  - Should be able to manage a team under him.  - Should have a pleasing personality  - Good communication and presentation skills.  To know more about the company kindly apply or call us at 022 - 42239208 or 8097065743
