Fabulous Opening with a leading Media and Entertainment Company

Position - National Head : Key Accounts

Location : Mumbai

Experience : 10 + Years of experience

CTC : Open till 45 Lacs

Educational Qualification - MBA ( preferred from a Top B School )

Role :

- Overseeing P&L revenue & costs responsibility for the company

- Team management and structural planning

- Creation of event properties and new management initiatives

- Defining targets for teams and paving the path to achieve the same.

- Client Acquisition and retention, through proactive BD and innovative and creative inputs

- Developing and sustaining sound MIS practices. Monitoring progress on targets by analyzing MIS on a periodic basis.

- Complete P&L responsibility both in terms of events executed and also Nationally for the entertainment division.

- Supporting team in developing their skills, counsel them on their performance and motivate them towards higher performance levels.

- Ensuring that appraisals for the entire team are conducted on a periodic basis

The person will be responsible for handling National Key Accounts directly
