- They are on path for global scaling and have already reached the shores of North America and Middle East. The next geographies in sight are Europe, Asia-Pac and Africa.

- As the Regional Head of Key Accounts, you will be responsible for client delivery as per SLAs, maintaining loyalty, upselling and cross selling new product features to existing clients.


- You will be accountable for fostering long term relationships with clients to consistently improve NDR (Net Dollar Rate) y-o-y and reduce churn.


- Highly critical revenue focused, this role holder is expected to have exceptional communication, data analytics and leadership skills.

- To be successful in this role, you must build strong client connects to understand the problems they want to solve and give feedback to internal teams to make the products better on an on-going basis.

Responsibilities include :

- Designing and formulating SLAs in conjunction with BD for clients.

- Align operations team on deliverables committed to the clients.

- Analyze metrics and data to generate insights for the clients.

- Present on a monthly / quarterly / bi-annually / annual basis to the Key Management Personnel of the client on value added.

- Consistently engage the executive sponsor of the client on the value proposition

- Identify new use cases for the product and pitch them to client to improve NDR and reduce churn y-o-y

- Clearly communicate to the internal Product team on the emerging requirements from the clients.

Skills :

- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal - includes being highly skilled with PowerPoint and ability to give presentations to CXOs

- Excellent data analytics skills - generate insights from data.

- Healthcare delivery experience of 6-7 years is a must

- Total experience of 8-12 years should include Consulting / Client Services in tech companies other than healthcare delivery.

- Strategy experience is a must.

- Excellent understanding of hospital profitability metrics (ARPP, ALOS, ARPOB, Occupancy).
