- Drive sales through the premium LFS/departmental stores (Shoppers/ Lifestyle/ Centro/ Pantaloons etc.) for Travel bags, Accessories and Handbags.
- Deliver monthly/ quarterly/annual Business as per the Joint Business Planning for the Chains by location.
- Negotiate and drive the TOT parameters with Chains to drive effective and sustainable growth.
- Strengthen the brand equity and loyalty amongst consumers through initiatives like promotions & in-store activations.
- Responsible for stock planning & forecasting to ensure low stock outs, faster delivery schedules and reduced lead time.
- Market intelligence to keep tab of stock availability, competition mapping, recommending price and product placements.
- Act as a link between the partners and internal stakeholders like marketing, commercial, legal and supply chain.
- Lead reviews with key accounts and regional operations teams to understand challenges and mitigate the gaps/ optimize business opportunities.
- Develop monthly/Quarterly activity calendar for the respective Chain.
