Experience : 15+ years in building materials, paints, sanitary, elevators experience are preferred

Reporting to : President Sales & Marketing
Reportees : 30 (Pan India)
Major Leadership Responsibilities :
- Fully responsible for formulating budgets for key accounts in india based on facts & micro details in a way that company gains market share as well as registers robust growth year on year.
- Fully responsible for integration of various vertical sales team as single unit in a way that it promotes company's vision so that it translates in a huge benefit to the customer
- To ensure total compliance in implementation of various elements of project sales policy so that customer see our company as a fair player amongst competitor brands.
- To look at structured data pertaining to key accounts and come out with insightful analysis which could open the doors for upgradtion / improvement.
- Coordinate with branch sales team dedicated to project & team to ensure that they do regular service camps & plumber meets for each project
- Launch & implementation of CRM program developed for builder segment.
