Head - Key Account Management - handling tier1 OEM Company into 2 wheeler division. 1. Individual Contribution role. 2. End to end client management including logistics and supply chain. 3. OEM Sales 4. Direct Reporting to the CEO of the organization. 5. Ensuring repeat business from the client and maximize revenue. 6. Dealing with the functional heads of the client in order to streamline product, process and client satisfaction. 7. Forward RFQ received from Client to Plant Heads and review project costing and feasibility report as per norms in discussion with the Plant Heads before submitting actual RFQ to customer 8. Lead key customer discussions on repeat business and increase in the share of business with the Plant Heads 9. Ensure high quality service levels provided to customers and address service level complaints, if any 10. Obtain and consolidate feedback and inputs from key accounts on a regular basis 11. Undertake project feasibility study and seek clarifications from Operations and Manufacturing Engineering Department 12. Overall responsibility related to commercial and administrative affairs for timely response to RFQs 13. Lead detailed Process, Quality, Financial Audit and Technical Review in case of new customer acquisition in coordination with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance and Accounts team 14. Undertake periodic internal project review meetings and ensure adherence to timelines for completion of project 15. Conduct external reviews with the customer and update the customer on the status of projects
