Job Responsibilities : - Lead a team of Key Account Managers to driveline sales through relationship maintenance with clients - Generate revenue from existing accounts by identifying opportunities for the same - Work to retain clients in a specified region/market - Understand client's requirements and tailor-pitch the product portfolio accordingly - Lead team to work with operations team for seamless customer experience - Maintain and review monthly Sales Tracker of accounts and targets - Share regular feedback on market conditions, competition, pricing and other factors influencing on-ground sales - Ensure collection of accounts receivable/outstanding amount from clients/accounts Skills Required : - High level of ownership - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders - Results-driven and focused approach with attention to details - Focused and possesses a Sales mindset - Strong problem-solving attitude with a bias to proactively resolving issues - Good relationship management skills and ability to get things done - The analytical frame of mind and go-getter attitude - Process-oriented and strong inclination towards streamlining tasks - Ability to hustle internally and externally to solve client's issues - Hands-on in terms of keeping proper track of follow-ups - Demonstrates high ethical values
