Head-IT Solutioning and Architecture

Reporting to CIO

Incumbent will work like an IT vertical head and will be responsible for analyzing Organisation business, market and technology trends, understanding internal pointers and drafting strategic and tactical technology roadmap.

a) IT Application Solution Architect for IT Transformation Projects

b) Infrastructure Planning and Solutioning Architect

- Responsible for providing direction, leadership and managing end to end technology perspective by suggesting industry best practices and benchmarking

- Defining IT Strategy and Roadmap for progressive, multi phased IT implementation for Greenfield rollouts and IT footprint expansion/revamp, aligned to Business Transformations

- Review the IT solutions that are designed with end-to-end resilient architecture and are aligned with organizational requirements

- Show leadership and drive all architectural programs and efforts. Utilize talents to formulate a vision and a roadmap for long-term architectural landscape

- Responsible for IT risk and audit management and infrastructure management for products/ projects & provides regular updates to management on Annual Operating Plan

- Identifying areas of improvement in Application and Infrastructure domains by various means including Fault Analysis, Business Case etc.

- Responsible for New Product/Technology Evaluation for Organization as per business needs and Finalizing the IT Product Stack and Integration Framework/Architecture

- Leads the Digital Strategy for the organization and takes initiatives in the arena of Social, Mobility, Analytics and Cloud space apart from industry specific and global technological initiatives and transformations.

- Techno-Functional Experience in ERP with good understanding of IT Infrastructure and Planning in IT Consulting or Enterprise IT

Worked as Enterprise/Solution Architect in a leading organization of repute in similar or equivalent industry vertical.
