Looking for a Head Sales - IT Services for their BFSI SBU. Our client is a Mid-sized Software Consulting organization employing around 8000 professionals in total. They are having offices in multiple cities in India and some overseas too. The incumbent will be responsible for: - Heading Services Sales for the BFSI domain - Achieving Revenue, Growth and Margins - Managing a Direct sales team - Identify and convert new clients (Hunter And Not Farmer) - Build relationships with technology partners and advisors to generate leads To qualify for this position, you should: - Have good educational background - Have 12+ yrs of experience in the Software / IT Services domain - Have 5+ years of experience in sales of IT Services in BFSI domain - Have experience in ADM, Professional Services in the BFSI domains - Have good exp in Leading Sales &amp; Ops and P&amp;L - Have good exp in Domestic and International Sales - Have exp in strategising entry into new offerings - Have excellent communication and presentation skills - Be from Bengaluru or Mumbai or ready to relocate If you fit the above description and are wanting to explore further, request you to please share your brief profile or career sketch with us to enable us to understand your experience better.
