Head - IT Security - Bank

Role Details :

- Head the different verticals of IT Security Operations teams.

- Strategic Oversight on IT Security is key to operational success of this role

- Person should have experience in managing Technical Security in lead position and significant exposure to compliance and governance portfolio in a mid to large size organization.

- Banking experience is must.

- Ability to understand technical risk management and addressing regulatory concerns via audit findings responses is one of the key deliverables for this role

- Minimum 15 years of IT security management experience and overall 20 years of IT experience

Overall Job Description : Must have handled following key aspects in Lead role

Tools : Security Operations Center, VA-PT, IPS, WAF, NAC, SIEM, SOAR

Process : Governance, Regulatory Audit experience

- Team management. Budgeting. Governance Dashboards. Escalation Management

- This is a lead role and hence maturity in handling team and stake holders is key success criterion for this role.

- Education and Work Experience Requirements :

EDUCATION : B.E., Bsc, BCA, MCA

WORK EXPERIENCE :

- 20 years of work experience

- Any specific requirements

- Security Certification like CISA, CISSP is an advantage.
