Head - IT Sales - USA & Europe Markets

We are seeking a Successful Sales Head with a history of success (A magic genie), who is extremely energetic, persuasive, can double up as a pressure cooker and be well organized focused in translating thoughts to numbers. This is a high paced environment. Driving high volume sales, sustaining growth and fueling a team of 15 Sales Executives on Adrenalin are the key drivers.

We are aggressively seeking a sales hunter to join our global team. This job entails international travel especially to the US, Canada and Europe.

Required Skills:

1. Should have handled over $15 million of business annually

2. Min 18+ experience in B2B sales and service sales in the corporate markets especially US and Europe

3. Develop plans and strategies for developing business and Revenue Generation by achieving company's sales goals

4. Should have the ability to manage a team of extremely well groomed and aggressive sales executives. Drive them to achieve numbers and build a very high pressure environment

5. Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required

6. Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting, pipelines

7. Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions

8. Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.

9. Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the area of process, efficiency and productivity.

10. Help build a high energy environment, where people love coming to work.

11. Drive team collection targets

12. Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels.

13. A master craftsman in making winning sales strategies.

14. Extremely well conversant and comfortable with numbers and analytics.
