Head - IT Sales - Banking Relations (10-15 yrs)

1) To Head - Bank Relations with Direct selling exposure and experience in IT services of handling large key accounts in the banking/ financial services domain

2) Should be willing to travel extensively

3) 10-15 years' experience in IT Sales, preferably Product / platform Sales to banks

Job Responsibility :

New Business Development :

1) Identify and proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities

2) Develop and manage sales pipeline, prospect and assess sales and move parallel transactions simultaneously through the sales pipeline

3) Deep understanding of the customer's business and their top objectives at various organizational levels

4) Ability to understand business and technology challenges and align them with our offering

5) Build and maintain an account map, plan for each customer, and develop close relationships with key stakeholders in the account

6) Ability to connect and interact with CXO level audience and ensure high visibility of the platform and company

Customer Management :

1) Regularly interact with customers and develop excellent & long-term relationships with customer

2) Ensure regular, clear and two-way communication between the client and team

3) Provide team representation and set appropriate client expectations

4) Develop the strong relationships with customer and ensure that the correct updates are sent out to all levels of the hierarchy

5) Act as a link between the sales, services, support, and other internal teams, ensuring that customer requirements are prioritized and resolved in a timely manner

Skills :

1) Possess 10 -15 years of relevant experience in business development, partnership management other relevant experience in Platform or product sales for financial services across with a focus on Private and PSU banks

2) Sharp acumen at stakeholder management

3) In-depth process knowledge of one or more customer acquisition processes in BFSI domain

4) Building C level relationship and mapping key points of contact in customer organization

5) Ability to present proposal, solutions and point of view clearly to CXO audience

6) Ability to delegate and monitor performance of direct reports and customer contact points

7) Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment

8) Ability to juggle multiple priorities while working across teams

9) Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ideal Candidate :

1) 10 + years of total work experience with minimum 5 years experience in B2B software/product sales and account management

2) Prior experience of working with Private and PSU Banks a must

3) strong foundation in software sales/ BD/ success, with SaaS experience being a definite advantage

4) Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional work ethic

5) High ability in data driven problem-solving and negotiation
