About the Client:
Our client is a digital solution provider to Fintech and automotive customers.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Go-To-Market strategy tailored to specific country and customer segments.
- Identify market and technology trends to capitalize on emerging opportunities and address evolving customer needs.
- Generate leads and develop a qualified pipeline through various channels including networks, referrals, partnerships, and marketing initiatives.
- Guide the opportunity engagement process from qualification to contract negotiation, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
- Negotiate agreements and maintain accurate sales records using appropriate systems.
- Foster long-term client relationships to drive customer reference-ability and market credibility.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to propose solutions that address customer pain points and integrate with legacy systems.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and bundling of services, ensuring a unified approach with stakeholders.
- Develop pricing and commercial terms that maximize monetization while delivering value to customers.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements and maintain fair, transparent relationships with customers.
- Facilitate the handover of opportunities and customer relationships to product/engineering teams for successful contract delivery.
- Collaborate with account teams of principal partners to align sales strategies and improve client engagement.
- Manage events, webinars, and social media channels to enhance visibility and networking opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends, conduct market analysis, and gather competitor intelligence through engagement with industry associations and councils.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor's/Masters degree with extensive (minimum 15 years) experience in B2B Software/SaaS sales.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience, preferably in a startup environment.
- Preference for candidates with a background in technology and/or business; exposure to the automotive and financial services industries is advantageous.
- Deep understanding of B2B sales in India & ASEAN, particularly in Indonesia & Philippines, with a focus on customer-facing roles.
- Proven track record of success in selling both Software Products and professional Services.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging executives and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, including Presales, CTO, and Engineering, to tailor offerings to client needs and industry trends.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, including the ability to motivate sales teams to achieve ambitious targets.
- Track record of strategic thinking, operational excellence, analytical mindset, and adaptability to evolving market dynamics.
Location: Anywhere in India (Preferrably Chennai, Bangalore, Noida, Mumbai)
