Head - IT Outsourcing & Infrastructure

Job Purpose:

- In the interim, manage the transition of people and services to IT Outsourcing (ITO) partner(s) - Manage the overall contracting and vendor relationship with the ITO partner(s)

- Manage sourcing and contracting process of major IT services

- Develop the roadmap for group wide IT infrastructure components (e.g. D/C consolidation)

- Oversee Group wide infrastructure demand and ensure their execution - Manage group wide IT infrastructure projects

Relevant Experience: Overall 17+years of experience.

- 10+ years of IT infrastructure management experience where progressive growth and supervisory experience has been demonstrated

- 5+ years of service delivery, vendor management experience

- Prior experience managing a strategic IT outsourcing relationship

- Prior experience managing a large IT infrastructure portfolio
