Education - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science /Information
Technology Engineering or equivalent from an accredited University is preferred
Preferred industries- FMCG, Food/ Retail
Master's/MBA preferred
Experience - Min -15yrs
Location - Mumbai
Job Description :
- Hands-on experience in an operations role managing an IT Department
- Sound knowledge of best practices around service delivery
- ITSM/ITIL certification is preferred
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with the ability to Translate ideas into practical implementation
- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships including team Members, vendors and partners
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to Present and communicate effectively with both technical and
- Non-technical audience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and resolution of Issues
