Designation: Head - IT Operations

Qualification - B Tech / BE (IT/CS) from premier institute in CS, IT, EXTC.

Experience - 8 to 14 years

Age Limit - 40 Years Max.

Responsibilities:

- Operation and Maintenance of IT Services and Support across the locations

- IT Support and Service Desk Management, Performance Monitoring, Reporting

- SLA Management - Internal / External

- IT Assets Management

- Monitoring and Controlling of Application Management Services - Internal and External

- IT Procurement related to O & M

- Vendor and Contract Management related to O & M

- Collaboration with Finance and Procurement for keeping track of commercial activities

- Managing team of IT Support and Service Executives

- Collaboration with various Business functions for timely resolution of IT Support and Service related issues

- Defining processes, updating the same and monitoring the compliance in Operations and Maintenance

- The persons should have fair knowledge and understanding of SAP systems architecture and services apart from his experience in Operations and Maintenance of IT Infra and Applications.
