Head - IT Operations

- 4+ years of experience as a team leader in similar on-site and hybrid working environment.

- Broad knowledge and understanding of different IT applications and infrastructure.

- Strong experience in Data Insights and IT Metrics driving outcome

- Experience ITSM and Workflow Automation

- Experience leveraging AIOps and MLOps capabilities to drive efficiency.

- Proven track record leading a successful data analysis team, with outcome.

- Collaborative approach and strong problem-solving skills to work with leaders across organizational and technical domains.

- Demonstrates strong executive presence and strategic thinking skills.

- Demonstrates strong financial acumen - ability to construct business cases to secure strategic initiatives.

- Ability to accomplish results through others, particularly by establishing relationships, effective controls and leading in a managed service environment.

- Demonstrated ability to assess Business needs, creatively approach solutions, decide and influence appropriate courses of action.

- BS in Engineering, CS, and/or equivalent experience 10+ overall years of experience in Information Technology Enterprise and Infrastructure Management
