We at tracersindia are recruiting for a manufacturing client for there IT division.

Job role : Head IT

Job Responsibilities :

Key Deliverables of the Role - Strategizing, designing, executing and managing the IT blueprint for the company mapped with the Current and future business needs

- Spearheading end to end IT infrastructure and ensuring data security, business continuity and internal customer delight

- Mapping business/ client requirements and implementing best IT practices and solutions

- Program management of various SAP implementation and upgrade (ECC 6.0) projects including BI and CRM

- Preparing and controlling IT budget in line with the business needs

- Effective procurement of IT assets and services

- Establishing effective systems and controls against use of any unauthorized software/hardware in the organization

- Setting up end to end IT infrastructure for any upcoming new location including finalizing partners, network design & layout, technology, software and hardware

- Review existing IT systems, processes and policies for any improvement, design and establish new processes and policies as required

Additional Responsibilities: - Keep abreast with the latest technology/industry trends and continuously explore opportunities for implementation/upgrade

- Manage and develop the IT team

Critical Competencies :

- Strong technical knowledge and experience in setting up and managing multi location large IT infrastructure

- Very good understanding of enterprise solutions, business applications and business processes

- Should have successfully managed SAP implementations

- Strategic thinking with analytical ability
