Key responsibilities

Head of IT & IS

- Building strategy to execution plan for creating business value through technology which enable business growth by ensuring the tech systems and procedures lead to outcomes in line with business goals.

- Build roadmap for systems for organization and give digital experiences to employees and key stakeholders. Partner with functions to bring in change and modernization with an eye on experience, effectiveness and efficiencies.

- Ensures the availability, high performance, reliability and scalability of global IT infrastructure; high emphasis on improving service delivery while maintaining a flexible and cost effective IT infra.

- Build digital solutions that improve capability and create superior user experience through internal systems build and roll outs.

- Enhances current change management processes, pioneers communication across organization across system changes and information security.

- Build road map for delivery excellence journey to take the company into a world class delivery team

- Create effective framework manage the function effectiveness

- Prepare for market and customer driven benchmarks/certifications/audits periodically

Qualifications and abilities

- 18-22 years of work experience with strong emphasis on Information systems projects delivery (digital would be a key differentiator), application and data management, data security, IT infrastructure, and IT operations.

- IT services industry experience is a must

- Strong knowledge of emerging technologies and associated possibilities to create a flexible, efficient and world class IT infrastructure.

- Experience with HIPPA compliance, ISO 27001, CMM, proven track record of managing end to end programs and a practitioner's perspective of embedding process excellence in software services

- Excellent communication and networking skills.

- Entrepreneurial and energetic with the ability to challenge conventional thinking.
