Head of Infrastructure Services and Delivery Centre

Our client is a is a transatlantic market leading consumer, corporate and investment bank offering products and services across personal, corporate and investment banking, credit cards and wealth management. In order to add more fire power to the India Delivery centre, they are currently looking for an experienced Infrastructure and Delivery professional Head to lead the team in India.

Some of the key responsibilities will include :

- As the head of Infrastructure Services and Delivery Centre in Pune, the individual will be responsible for the complete ownership of the Deliverables, and reporting to the Global Head.

- Engage with and influence stakeholders in Technology function across locations to enable the delivery of various programs.

- Provide thought leadership for the development of the broader and group-wide Delivery Center and operational service management model.

- Support a service management framework for the India Delivery Center which requires integrating new capability and function such as internal and external Cloud.

- Collaborate with the Enterprise Architect, and Hosting stakeholders to form a unified, coherent Hosting management team.

To qualify for this role you will require :

- Overall 15+ years of experience in an Infrastructure and Delivery roles driving large impact and large budget programs, along with a Bachelor's degree/PG (BSc) or equivalent industry experience.

- Expert knowledge of Enterprise Platforms from a PaaS lens and can articulate the benefits and drawbacks.

- Strong senior stakeholder management experience and Strong communication ability (verbal & written).

- Responsibility for delivering and managing a service in a technology context

- Proven experience managing mid to large teams including off-site teams

- Banking/financial services experience Preferred

- ITIL Certification.
